In view of the technical difficulty and complexity of dam construction on deep overburden, famous experts at home and abroad were invited four times in the preliminary design stage to consult whether the schemes of asphalt concrete core dam and concrete face dam are established and their reliability;
1.On May 26-27, 2006, Jiang Guocheng and other experts were invited to consult whether the scheme of CFRD was established;
2. On August 15, 2006, Guan Zhicheng and other experts were invited to consult whether the scheme of CFRD was established and its reliability;
3. On June 6-7, 2006, 10, Jiang Guocheng, Zhao Zengkai, Guan Zhicheng and other experts were invited to consult on the technical problems related to foundation treatment and drainage structure layout in the core dam and face slab dam schemes;
4. On June 65438+1October1June 15, 2006, experts from home and abroad were invited to consult the general layout plan of the first hub of Xieka Hydropower Station in the preliminary design stage.
Through expert consultation, engineering analogy and a lot of exploration, test, design and calculation work in the preliminary design stage, the preliminary design report of Xieka Hydropower Station was completed in February 2006, and passed the expert review organized by Sichuan Engineering Consulting Institute in February 2007, and Xieka Hydropower Station began to enter the construction preparation stage.
5. In March 2009, the project was officially approved to start construction. Through the active efforts of all construction parties, the engineering problems in the process have been solved one by one.
6. The project was stopped to store water on August 20, 20 14. The three units completed 72-hour trial operation from September 3 to 5, respectively, and were officially merged into Sichuan power grid and put into commercial operation on the 7 th. At present, the project is running well.
