Where is Mifei's hometown?
Mi Fei (105 1~ about 1 108), a famous barbarian in Xiangyang, was born in Shanxi, and later moved to Xiangyang, so he was called "Xiangyang, Mi Fei". One of the most outstanding painters and calligraphers in the Northern Song Dynasty. He studied books at the age of 7, wrote tablets at the age of 10, entered the officialdom at the age of 2 1 0, and lived in Dantu, Runzhou (now Jiangsu) in his later years. He is a precocious art freak. In calligraphy, he is one of "Su, Huang, Mi and Cai". He attached importance to the overall charm of calligraphy works, paid attention to the perfection of details, was eclectic and strict in statutes, and formed an elegant momentum and a leisurely and happy style, which had a far-reaching impact on future generations. In painting, he pioneered the method of "Mijia Yunshan" in landscape painting, made good use of "fuzzy" pen and ink, made misty scenery in the south of the Yangtze River, and reproduced layers of mountains with scattered points, which was called "Midian" by the world. Handed down works include Shu Su Tie and Si Cao Shu Tie. There are also masterpieces handed down from ancient times, such as Interview with Zhang Bao, History of Books, History of Painting and History of Inks.
