Wang De'an is from Yingjing, Sichuan. Graduated from National Kangding Normal University in 1941. Director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Professor of the Chinese Calligraphy and Art Creation Center, Director of the World Association of Calligraphers and Painters, Senior Art Advisor of the European Headquarters of the World Association, Director of the Asian American Artists Association, Researcher of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Society, Director of the International Federation of Calligraphy Artists, China Member of the Korean Culture and Art Expert Committee, member of the Sichuan Provincial Calligraphers Association, and creative member of the Sichuan Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Society. He has been fond of calligraphy since he was a child, and is good at block letters and cursive. His works have participated in various domestic calligraphy and painting exhibitions at all levels, and have won many awards or been collected. His calligraphy works won the Excellent Award in a series of exhibitions of works by celebrities in the Chinese art world.
