What's the difference between carved wine and yellow wine?

Go to a friend's house to drink carved wine and yellow wine. Personally, I prefer carved wine. There are beautiful patterns painted on the outside of the bottle. It is a unique product integrating calligraphy, sculpture and literature, especially the finely carved relief art outside the altar, which can be described as the originator of China cultural wine.

The difference between Huadiao wine and yellow rice wine;

1, different production: the main raw materials of yellow rice wine production are rice, millet and black rice, which are fermented by cooking and other processes. Huadiao wine is made of glutinous rice, wheat koji and other ingredients through a special process.

2. Different sugar content: The sugar content of yellow rice wine will be slightly higher than that of Huadiao wine. Because of different raw materials, the sugar content is slightly different.

3. Different tastes: Yellow rice wine has high alcohol content and spicy taste. Huadiao wine tastes mild, cool and sweet.

4. Different brewing time: The brewing time of yellow rice wine is July brewing, September wheat koji, 10 pouring rice, and it can be brewed after beginning of winter. However, the brewing time of Huadiao wine will not be fixed. Carved wine is aged for three years, five years, eight years, ten years or even decades.
