Is the crash course in calligraphy really reliable?

Children are beginners in writing, or adults' handwriting is ugly and needs practice. Can I sign up for a crash course in calligraphy and improve my calligraphy through half a month or even a week's study?

In half a month's time, it is not practical to raise my writing to a higher level, at least in my opinion. Seven-day calligraphy class can teach you some quick skills to make some of your words look better, but to make all your words neat and beautiful, you must spend a lot of time copying other people's beautiful words, so as to improve qualitatively!

People often say that "words are like people", and it is difficult for impetuous people to practice good words. Only by diving down to understand and figure out the structure of each word, occupying the space of radicals and strokes, and echoing the position between strokes, can we make our words more beautiful. You know how to write beautifully, but you can't write well without practicing. Only knowing the method and practicing it often is the only way to practice Chinese characters well!

However, too many people are eager for success, failing to think and put down their own "drafts" subconsciously, just copying for the sake of copying and practicing one copy after another, and the progress is not obvious. When learning calligraphy, we should be clear about the frame structure, edge occupation and stroke echo of each word. Each stroke seems simple, but it takes thousands of times to write well and beautifully.

To learn calligraphy, we must learn calligraphy masters' posts, and those who have their place will have their place, and those who have their place will have their place. Only by selecting copybooks, spending time and practicing hard can we make progress. There is no end to learning, so is calligraphy.
