There is an alley in the center of Chengdu, which people call the back alley. Its name comes from the original Zhangye Temple (also known as Huanhou Temple), which is actually a shrine dedicated to the famous Zhang Fei of the Three Kingdoms. It is said that it was built by people in the slaughter industry in Chengdu in the Qing Dynasty. Because it is said that Zhang Fei was born to kill pigs and won glory for people in this industry. He is their idol.

Another reason why Zhangye Temple was built here is that there is a mound called "Imperial Tomb" by local residents behind the temple. This mound has always been said to be the tomb of Zhang Fei's clothes. I don't know when a tombstone of "the tomb of General Zhang Huanhou of Han Dynasty" was erected in front of the tomb. In the 1960s, when the former Sichuan Medical College was carrying out civil air defense construction, it was found that the tomb brick above the tomb door was engraved with the year number of "Yuheng Two Years".

1985, when the archaeological team of Chengdu Museum excavated the tomb, they successively found the tomb bricks engraved with the year numbers of "Taikang" and "Hanxing", all of which were the year numbers of Han Cheng regime. Later, a large number of cultural relics from Han Cheng period were unearthed, which proved that it was a tomb of Han Cheng era. People used to think it was the tomb of Zhang Fei's clothes.

Where is the real tomb of Zhang Fei?

22 1 year, Liu Bei proclaimed himself emperor in Chengdu. Zhang Fei moved to be a cycling general, took a captain from the official department, and entered Xixiang Hou title. In the same year, in order to avenge Guan Yu, Liu Bei sent troops to levy Soochow, and Zhang Fei was also preparing to send troops to join forces with Liu Bei in Jiangzhou, Langzhong. On the eve of his departure, he was murdered by Zhang Da and Fan Qiang (Fan Jiang in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms). Liu Bei, who is far away from Chengdu, heard that Zhang Fei had a watch coming. He didn't know the Oracle and shouted, "Hey! Fly to death. " Liu Chan, the late ruler, posthumously granted him the title of Huan Hou.

Zhang Fei died in Langzhong and was naturally buried in Langzhong. The people in Langzhong admire Zhang Fei's loyalty and courage. To commemorate this brave hero, Zhangfei Temple was built in front of the tomb, and the existing mausoleum was rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

There is a folk saying that Zhang Fei was buried in Langzhong and his head was buried in Yunyang. It is said that Fan Qiang and Zhang Da took advantage of Zhang Fei's drunkenness to cut off his head and sent it to Soochow to give it to Sun Quan as a reward. When I went to Yunyang, I heard the news of peace in Wu Shu, so I panicked and threw Zhang Fei's head into the Yangtze River. Zhang Fei's head went down the river and was later fished up by an old fisherman.

Zhang Fei gave the fisherman a dream and told him to carry his head away. When he couldn't carry it with him, he was buried and built a temple, so there is today's Yunyang Zhangfei Temple. According to historical records, this Zhangfei Temple, also known as Zhanghuanhou Temple, was built in the late Shu and Han Dynasties, and then expanded in the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, with a history of over 1700 years. The original site is located in the foothills of Feng Fei on the south bank of the Yangtze River, facing Yunyang County across the river. People here regard Zhang Fei as a god. Every time Zhang Fei's birthday, Memorial Day and holidays, he will burn incense and sacrifice.

Went to Langzhong on Saturday. Langzhong's tourism is really good.

Their driver came to meet me. When they arrived, they were at Zhangfei Temple.

The last time I went to Zhangfei Temple was in the spring of 1998. I accompanied a deputy ministerial-level cadre in Beijing, and walked all the way from Chengdu, Deyang, Guangyuan and Nanchong along the story that happened in the Three Kingdoms. When I saw it in Zhangfei Temple, it was deserted, but now it is crowded with tourists.

Today, Zhangfei Temple is still the same as Zhangfei Temple, except that there are more companions and strangers. Before long, three things were more impressive than those in 1998:

First, the tour guide explained the cause of Zhang Fei's death. A female tour guide explained Zhang Fei's death as suicide, because she was very angry with Guan Yu's death and once said, "Second brother, I'll do it." With Zhang Fei's prestige and Sha Qi, Fan Jiang and Zhang Da didn't have the courage to kill him. After Zhang Fei committed suicide, they knelt beside Zhang Fei and had the opportunity to cut off his head.

The second is the headless tree on Zhang Fei's tomb. Behind the portrait of Zhang Fei, the military attache of Han Huanhou Ancestral Hall. All the trees in the cemetery have no trunks and crowns. If you look closely, it is true, even the cypress trees that have been towering. Once there was a tree with a crown, but it was killed by lightning. Where is the dead tree still standing? This strange phenomenon, which may be a coincidence, will naturally be associated with Zhang Fei's headless head, and nothing else in the cemetery should have a head.

Third, Zhang Fei's beautiful official script. There is a "Ma Liming" engraved with Zhang Fei's calligraphy on the wall of the temple. It is said that Liu Bei and Cao Cao competed for Hanzhong, and Cao Cao ordered Zhang? Leading 30,000 troops to invade Bazhou. Liu Bei ordered Zhang Fei to lead 10,000 troops to meet Bameng Mountain in Quxian County, Sichuan Province. Zhang Fei defeated more with less, and released the famous Zhang? Run away in defeat. I was very happy at that time, so I used stones instead of paper and spears as pens. On the stone wall of Mount Bameng, I carved two lines of official characters to show that I am a scholar and ashamed of Cao Jun.

I really hope the first thing is true. Of course, this understanding is also that future generations admire his style and ferocity, and don't want him to be hurt by villains.

The second thing is really incomprehensible. I'd rather believe that it's a coincidence that there is a god in it. People should feel more or less awe.

The third thing, I have some doubts. But our understanding of them in the Three Kingdoms is limited to Luo Guanzhong's Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Luo Guanzhong is one-sided, so are we. Some people say that Zhang Fei is both civil and military, smart and brave.

Cao Xiu's tomb found in Luoyang was seriously stolen, and the bottom brick of each tomb was removed.

Three floors in front of the tomb, suddenly rising and falling for five or six miles, namely Zhuge Liang's tomb and Tianjiagou, starting from Dingjun Mountain in the west, overlapping waves and wadonggou. Did you find Zhang Fei's tomb? In the niche of the main hall, there are many poems praising Zhuge Liang and stone tablets restoring the inscription on the tomb of Yang Du (now Yinan, Shandong) in Langya.

1. Zhang Fei's Tomb: Zhang Fei's headless body is buried.

Zhang Fei's tomb is located in Hanhuan Hou Temple, West Street, Gucheng, Langzhong, Sichuan Province. Zhang Fei's body was buried in Langzhong, with the tomb facing south, all made of yellow sand, rising like an oval hill, surrounded by rectangular stone bars. The cemetery is covered with trees and grass. It is one of the most intact state-level cultural relics protection units in Langzhong.

Zhang Fei was only fifty-five when he died. Zhang Fei's head was taken to Soochow, his torso was buried in Langzhong and his head was buried in Yunyang, so what was buried in Zhang Fei's tomb was actually Zhang Fei's headless body. Zhang Huan Hou Temple (Han Huan Hou Temple) and Zhang Huan Hou Temple (Zhang Fei Temple) were built respectively. But there is a saying that it is not really the tomb of Zhang Fei in Langzhong.

2. Zhang Fei's tomb in Huanhou Lane has nothing to do with Zhang Fei.

Are Zhang Fei's posthumous title Huanhou, Chengdu Huanhou Lane and Zhang Fei's Tomb in memory of Zhang Fei, a famous Shu Han scholar? Actually, it is not. Experts believe that Chengdu people like Zhang Fei very much, so this Han Dynasty noble tomb was misrepresented as Zhang Fei's cenotaph.

Zhang Fei is in Langzhong and his head is in Yunyang. Zhang Fei's head was caught by fishermen and buried by the river. When Liu Bei learned the news, he was so sad that he ordered his body to be buried in Langzhong City, and a Zhangfei Temple was built in front of the tomb. Zhang Fei's head is buried outside Yunyang, Sichuan, so there is a folk saying that "he is in Langzhong and his head is in Yunyang". Langzhong and Yunyang also have Han Huanhou Ancestral Hall and Zhang Huan Hou Temple respectively.

Many Chengdu residents are convinced that this slope of Huaxi Hospital is the "Crown Tomb of Zhang Fei". But in fact, "Zhang Fei's Tomb" is the tomb of a noble in Han Dynasty. More than 0/00 pieces of cultural relics/kloc-were excavated in this tomb, among which "Yuhuan" and "Hanxing" bricks of different ages were found. It can be determined that it is not the tomb of Zhang Fei, but the tomb of Han Cheng period.

Headless corpse unearthed from Zhang Fei's tomb. Zhang Fei's headless body was unearthed from Zhang Fei's tomb.

Influenced by The Romance of the Three Kingdoms and The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, people's comments on Liu San's brothers are still circulating today. Among Liu's three brothers, Zhang Fei is the most reckless and brave, and his real fighting capacity is comparable to Guan Yu's. Unfortunately, Zhang Da and Fan Jiang were finally killed, and his head was cut off and sent to Yunyang, where he was buried.

Later, Liu Bei ordered Zhang Fei's headless body to be buried in Langzhong, and the result was beheaded, so rumors spread that Zhang Fei's headless body was unearthed. Zhang Fei's head was caught by fishermen and buried by the river. Liu Bei was heartbroken when he heard the news, and ordered to be buried on the spot, and posthumous title was called "Huan Hou". Zhangfei Temple was built in front of the mausoleum. First, Zhang Fei was buried outside Yunyang, Sichuan, so there is a folk saying that "he is in Langzhong and his head is in Yunyang". Han Huanhou Ancestral Hall and Zhang Huan Hou Temple were built in Bazhong and Yunyang respectively.

Zhangba snake spear unearthed from Zhang Fei's tomb.

Friends who have read The Romance of the Three Kingdoms know that Zhang Fei's weapon is the Zhangba snake spear, which is as famous as Guan Yu's dragon crescent moon blade, but in fact, these weapons were added by the novelist himself. Zhang Fei's weapon was a one-foot-eight-inch-long spear used by the cavalry known as "horse mane" at that time. Therefore, the Zhangba snake spear unearthed from Zhang Fei's tomb is nothing.

Even the real Zhang Ba snake spear was not buried with Zhang Fei, because in the novel, after Zhang Fei's death, this Zhang Ba snake spear was passed on to Zhang Bao, Zhang Fei's eldest son, but it was not buried with Zhang Fei. So the headless corpse is reliable, but the snake spear does not exist.

How did Zhang Fei die?

According to the plot of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, after Guan Yu was defeated in 220 AD, he was defeated by Maicheng and killed by Monroe of Soochow. Liu Bei and Zhang Fei decided to avenge Guan Yu. In 22 1 year, Zhang Fei wanted to go at once because of grief and impatience, so he ordered his two generals and Zhang Da to put on white flags and armor for the three armed forces within three days, and Zhang Fei also ordered them to mourn Guan Yu and Wu.

Fan Jiang and Zhang Da knew that they couldn't finish the task in three days. Instead of telling Zhang Fei the truth, they were whipped by Zhang Fei, who had a bad temper. After consulting with Zhang Da, Fan Jiang wanted to die anyway, so they killed Zhang Fei, who was sleeping soundly, and threw Zhang Fei's head into Soochow at night.

This is Zhang Fei's description of death in the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Is this history? At this point, we are not surprised. According to the history book "The History of the Three Kingdoms", "First attack Wu, and fly thousands of soldiers from Langzhong to Jiangzhou. On the way out, Zhang Da and Fan Qiang were killed under his account. He took the lead and went downstream to run for Sun Quan. "

Facts are different from speeches. It was Fan Qiang and Zhang Da who killed Zhang Fei, not Fan Jiang and Zhang Da. Moreover, the process of Zhang Fei's murder is not as detailed as in romance novels. Including whether Zhang Fei really fell asleep with his eyes open and was killed, there is no historical evidence so far, and I dare not talk nonsense about this.

Regarding the process of Zhang Fei's murder, I once heard historians learn from some unofficial history in the Three Kingdoms period that when Fan Qiang and Zhang Da were preparing to kill Zhang Fei, they were too afraid to do it. Zhang Fei, who was sleeping at this time, probably felt mosquitoes around his neck, so he slapped hard, only blaming Zhang Fei for his strength and sharp knife, and Zhang Feicai was not killed.

Headless corpse unearthed from Zhang Fei's tomb 3 Zhang Fei's tomb was unearthed in Sichuan, and the tomb door was wide open but not stolen. Experts believe that this is impossible.

Sad Qin and Han dynasties, thousand palaces have been grounded. The following is David's view on history. David will take you into the tomb of Zhang Fei unearthed in Sichuan today. The tomb door was wide open, but it was not stolen. Experts think this is impossible.

There were many emperors and generals in ancient China, so many ancient tombs were left on the land of China, and most of them were rich in funerary objects, which had high research value. Now, once an ancient tomb is discovered, if it is opened, people are most worried about being patronized by grave robbers or being affected by the environment, and cultural relics will be destroyed one after another.

In the last century, Zhang Fei's ancient tomb was unearthed in Sichuan, China, but strangely, the tomb door has been opened, but the cultural relics inside have not been lost.
