To solemnly commemorate the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of China * * * Production Party, Shaanxi Artists Association and Yan 'an Artists Association jointly hosted the oil painting exhibition "The Great Beauty of Northern Shaanxi", aiming at artistically displaying the folk culture of northern Shaanxi and showing the real life of people in northern Shaanxi. Beauty comes from life, and we hope to spread the folk culture and revolutionary spirit of northern Shaanxi to thousands of households through this art activity.
This oil painting exhibition has received strong support from all walks of life. After several months of careful preparation, the painting and calligraphy exhibition of the Urban Management Bureau will be launched today. Here, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Central City Administration Bureau of XX, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the comrades who organized this painting and calligraphy exhibition and to all the leaders and guests who attended today's opening ceremony.
The amateur cultural activities such as calligraphy and painting of cadres in our bureau have a long history and a good tradition. Not only did the exhibition of cadres' calligraphy and painting be successfully held in the whole city, but some cadres' calligraphy and painting works were also exhibited in provincial exhibitions. To achieve good results, these achievements first benefited from the heartfelt guidance and strong support of the bureau and the author's own efforts. This year marks the X anniversary of the establishment of xx-x urban management and the first anniversary of the promulgation of xx-x regulations. In order to reflect the achievements of urban management in the past ten years and the spiritual outlook and rich cultural life of urban management staff, our bureau decided to change the painting and calligraphy exhibition from the original internal exhibition to the external exhibition exchange as an important window to promote "xx-xx" in the new period. We asked this painting and calligraphy exhibition to do well. In this painting and calligraphy exhibition, we * * * received more than 100 works from bureaus, directly affiliated units and sub-bureaus. The number of participants and their enthusiasm are the highest in the past years. In order to do a good job in this activity, the party Committee of the bureau also allocated funds to arrange leaders to participate in guidance and preparation. Secondly, the calligraphy and painting activities of urban management cadres can be held, thanks to the diligence and versatility of urban management personnel, which have a profound cultural heritage and an extremely broad mass base. Urban management team members are not busy creating after their busy work and strive to enrich their cultural life. Due to the strong cultural atmosphere of the bureau, a large number of painting and calligraphy lovers have been created. So far, there are registered members in the whole cadre. Among them, there are 87 members of xx-x Painting and Calligraphy Research Association. This team is active in the urban management system, which has promoted the vigorous development of calligraphy and painting activities of urban management cadres in the city.
In recent years, the political department of the bureau has also done a lot of organizational work. Adhere to the line of continuous years, especially this year, they organized a group of painting and calligraphy lovers to create paintings and calligraphy with the theme of "xx-xx-x", and created a number of works that are close to life, eulogize life, and have local characteristics and the flavor of the times.
This time, our bureau held a painting and calligraphy exhibition with the city management cadres as the main body, in order to show the achievements made by the city management cadres in the xx-x activities in our city, and to provide a platform for displaying the achievements and learning exchanges. On behalf of the Party Committee of our bureau, I would like to express my gratitude to all levels who have always supported and cared about urban management, and sincerely hope that leaders and guests will leave valuable opinions after watching the exhibition.
