Niu Qilun, born in 1940, is from Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province. He inherited his father's training from a young age and practiced calligraphy and painting. He once studied at Yangzhou Art School and studied traditional Chinese painting under the tutelage of famous calligraphers and painters Lin Kai and Fei Shengfu. Currently working at Yining Fumei Painting and Calligraphy Museum. Graduated from the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University in 1997, and completed the training class of the Chinese Calligraphy Association’s Calligraphy Training Center in 1999. In recent years, calligraphy and painting works have been selected, exhibited, collected, and won awards in domestic and foreign exhibitions and competitions many times.
