There are ten levels in the drawing examination. The art grading examination divides the four major categories of Chinese painting, Western painting, calligraphy, and comics into twelve examination subjects. Take the National Art Grade Examination sponsored by the China Institute of Art Science and Technology as an example. Children's painting is graded 1-5, and the other subjects are graded 1-10. Overview of the National Art Grade Examination
With the approval of the Ministry of Culture, since the China Institute of Art Science and Technology launched the art grade examination in 2004, it has been based on popularizing art education, improving the quality of the people, and carrying forward the national Taking culture as its own responsibility and carrying out art examination activities with a responsible attitude towards candidates and society, it has won full recognition and high praise from all walks of life.
As an institution directly under the Ministry of Culture that runs art grading examinations, the China Art Science and Technology Institute has always regarded standardization as the basis for the sustainable development of art grading examinations and carried out art grading in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Culture’s Social Arts Level Examination Management Measures. For the grading examination work, 15 management measures have been formulated, including the notice on the launch of art grading examination business and the notice on the filing and management of examinations and grading examination brochures.
More than 10 people, including the famous artist Mr. Chen Zui, have been hired as review experts, and they have edited and published 12 series of books, including the designated teaching materials for national art examinations, Chinese painting. There are currently more than 100 art examination organizations across the country. The art grading examination of China Institute of Art Science and Technology is divided into 10 levels.
