Can ink be directly mixed with alcohol?

In order to make the ink dry quickly (alcohol evaporates faster than water), I am anxious to draw it again. In order to pursue the texture effect of the picture, Chinese painting painters can use "alum water" in addition to alcohol and ink (usually replaced by detergent now). Spinach juice is also used instead of stone green in the painting (water quality green is lacking in Chinese painting pigments).
