Wang Shunli (1956~) was born in Tanggu, Tianjin. 1993 Graduated from Party School of Tianjin Municipal Committee, majoring in political work. He has served as deputy secretary, deputy captain and deputy section chief of the Propaganda Department of Tanggu Branch of Tianjin Public Transport Company. He is currently the manager of the advertising department and the secretary of the party branch of the public transport company in Tanggu District, Tianjin. Member of China Academy of Fine Arts, artistic director and visiting professor of China History Museum Gallery, senior researcher of China Painting and Calligraphy Talent Research Center of Ministry of Personnel, first-class calligrapher, member of Tianjin Calligraphers Association, executive director of Tanggu Calligraphers Association, and member of painting and calligraphy art associations at home and abroad.
