A student, after more than ten years, has certainly made some achievements. Recalling his study career in middle school, the teacher I miss most is a very strict teacher who once taught him a lesson. It was because of his beating and cursing that he woke up and studied hard.
I can't help but think of the teacher's killer weapon, the pointer in my hand, which is a symbol of the teacher's power. Nowadays, teachers have no pointer and no right to teach.
I can't help thinking that I can't be a good teacher, not all because I don't have a pointer, but because I'm not a strict person.
Another story: an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, recalling his Chinese study in middle school, should say that his Chinese level is very good. He said that the Chinese teacher was a new teacher at that time, because he didn't know that Mandarin was too standard or nonstandard, and he couldn't understand a word, so he read extra-curricular books by himself, one in two classes.
This story is for me and for the Chinese teacher. I don't know if that new teacher is a good teacher, if we look at him by ordinary standards. But I think he is also one of the best teachers, because she gave him the freedom to choose.
Puzzled by liver cancer and diabetes, dedicated to teaching and educating people —— In memory of Di Jingshan, a professor at Business School of Liaocheng University, Shandong Province
Professor Di Jingshan died of illness for more than a month. For more than a month, Mr. Di's voice and smile have often floated before my eyes. Since 1996 met him in college, Teacher Di has given me a lot of help. I've always wanted to write something, but my thoughts can't be calm for a long time, and I don't know where to start. Let's briefly introduce the deeds of Teacher Di.
Teacher Di always works hard, keeps forging ahead, and is brave in pioneering and innovating. 199 1 year 1 month, the year is approaching, and Miss Di, who was immersed in her career, suddenly fainted in class one day. The results of hospital examination are shocking: hematologic cancer (leukemia). In the early 1990s, leukemia was still an incurable disease in Chinese mainland. Even today, the cure rate of leukemia patients is relatively low. Exactly 15 years ago, getting this disease was equivalent to being sentenced to death. But Mr. Di bravely faced the disease, never thought of giving up, and fought optimistically. After many painful radiotherapy and chemotherapy, Mr. Di struggled to survive and was discharged in the first half of the following year. When the new semester started in September, I returned to the three-foot platform. As always, no, I am more diligent and dedicated, teaching and educating people, and engaging in scientific research. In his own words, after surviving, he should repay the society through hard work and scientific research. Generally speaking, after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients are extremely weak and should rest. Leukemia patients have a ten-year critical period, which means that they may recur at any time within ten years. For ordinary people, a minor illness like a cold may be fatal for leukemia patients in a critical period. However, Mr. Di is racing against time with a spirit that seems to be running out of time. As long as physical conditions permit, he often works until one or two in the middle of the night.
Teacher Di's main achievements are basically achieved after he returned to work after defeating leukemia. For a university professor, his academic achievements may not be outstanding. But don't forget, this is a person who is extremely weak in the critical period of leukemia, and he bought it with his life. Before his death, he was the director of the Business Administration Teaching and Research Section of Liaocheng University Business School, the tutor of master students in industrial economics, and concurrently the director of Shandong Market Economy Society. The main research directions are resource economics, management and rural economic issues. Publish the academic monograph "Modern Management". He has published more than 30 papers in important academic journals such as Humanities, Enterprise Studies, Development Forum, Contemporary World and Socialism. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in many national and provincial research projects. The "HSC management mode" designed by him has been applied by enterprises, and has achieved great economic benefits, and won the "1999 second prize of innovation achievements in enterprise management modernization in Shandong Province". Over the years, in addition to teaching in our school, he has often been invited to give lectures in enterprises, do business diagnosis, and help enterprises design organizational structure, corporate image and plan development strategies. 200 1 was trained as an advanced worker by enterprises in Shandong province. I also have a deep research on the stock market and have a unique opinion on the stock market. You can also find some stock review articles written by him online.
Teacher Di is well-read and versatile, and has made great achievements in poetry and calligraphy. His novella "Wrong Crime" and short story "Tragedy and Comedy of Cats" are beautifully written, deeply exploring and describing international and domestic historical and practical issues, and profoundly showing history and reality in the form of literature. His calligraphy works have been adopted by newspapers and periodicals for many times and used in foreign affairs activities of government departments. He likes photography, and there is a photo he sent me in my album. It is a couplet describing his hometown, which combines calligraphy, photography and literature well.
When I met Mr. Di on 1996, he was diagnosed with diabetes again. When it comes to illness, he never evades it and always faces it optimistically. The first time I met him, what impressed me most was his open-minded attitude towards life. After suffering from a terminal illness, there is no trace of negativity. Instead, I devote myself to my work with a fuller spirit, being more helpful and generous. After graduation, I often call him, hear his voice and feel his open-minded outlook on life, which is an encouragement to me.
200 1, distance 199 1 It's just ten years since the onset of leukemia, and he has passed the critical period of leukemia patients safely. We are all very happy about it. Who knows, he was sent to the hospital again. It turned out that ten years ago, when he was treating leukemia, he suffered from hepatitis C due to blood transfusion infection and has now developed into cirrhosis. In fact, Miss Di, who returned to work after leukemia, is very aware of her physical condition. Hepatitis C must have symptoms for so many years. However, in the past ten years, he rarely went to the hospital for examination. Concentrate on your work so as not to delay it. With his health, once he goes to the hospital, the doctor will definitely advise him to have a good rest, so how can he give up his job? Moreover, he repeatedly ignored the doctor's advice and insisted on working despite illness. After so many years and a serious illness, how can he stand it? Later, the condition deteriorated and developed into liver cancer. Last summer, I had a liver transplant in Beijing. Liver transplantation should be carried out as soon as possible with suitable donors, otherwise, once the cancer cells spread or metastasize, the consequences will be unimaginable. While waiting for a liver transplant, he has signed an agreement with the hospital and will enter the operating room in the afternoon. A younger patient was transferred to the hospital, and he gave the donor to the young man despite his wife's objection. Then I waited for more than half a month to find a suitable donor, and then I had an operation. Perhaps, if the transplant had been carried out earlier, the cancer cells in his own body would not have metastasized to his lungs. During this illness, he still insisted on teaching and educating people and scientific research, and began to teach graduate students in 2004. Some of the achievements listed above have been made in the past few years. However, Mr. Di is still optimistic about fighting the disease, actively cooperating with the treatment, and plans to return to work after liver transplantation to strive for more achievements. However, on February 5, 2006, he left us forever, left the world he always loved, left his family and friends he couldn't give up, and left the job he wanted to do. Before he died, Teacher Di, who had always been optimistic, specially asked his family to go home and get new clothes to change into, and asked him to be helped up and sit and wait for the arrival of death. What kind of courage is this, and what kind of openness is this!
A critically ill patient who suffered from leukemia 0/kloc-5 years ago and later suffered from diabetes and liver cancer has no negative thoughts, no idea of enjoying life in time, worked hard, taught people and engaged in scientific research, and achieved achievements that many healthy people could not. I have no intention of sanctifying and sublimating Mr. Di here. I just want to say that he is an ordinary man, but he has never been mediocre, never been content with fate, never stopped living and struggling, and made extraordinary achievements. This spirit is enough to inspire me, and inspire me to seek up and down in the long journey of life.
"The old cow knows that the sunset is short, so there is no need to whip himself." Every time I think of Teacher Di, I often think of these two ancient poems. Perhaps these two poems are not appropriate, because when Mr. Di returned to work after leukemia, it was the year of no doubt and the prime of life. But I can really feel that he is working with a spirit of death, and his achievements are bought with his life!
When I first went to college, Teacher Di's words of encouragement still lingered in my ears. "The two great wealth in life are youth and health. Now I have lost everything. You young people should study hard, work hard and don't waste time. " Every time I suffer setbacks, when I am depressed, this sentence lingers in my ear, and Mr. Di's voice and smile reappear. I hope that many years later, when I see Mr. Di again in heaven, I can proudly say, "Mr. Di, I have not failed your teachings."
May Teacher Di rest in peace in heaven!
The mountain man has passed away, and his style still exists; Mo Bao stays fragrant, but the article lasts forever!
