1. Tianyi Pavilion, located in Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, was built in the 4-45 years of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1561-1566) and was presided over by Fan Qin, the retired right assistant minister of the Ministry of War of Ming Dynasty. It covers an area of 26, square meters and has a history of more than 4 years.
2. The Tianyige Library Building faces south, which is a two-story brick-and-wood building with a height of 8.5 meters and a sloping roof covered with blue tiles. The first floor is six rooms wide and six rooms deep, and the second floor is a large room except the stairwell, separated by bookcases. In front of the pavilion, the "Tianyichi" is carved to connect to the Moon Lake. The garden takes "Fu, Lu and Shou" as the overall shape, and the rocks are piled up into "Nine Lions and One Elephant" and other scenic spots. Tianyige and its surrounding gardens have the characteristics of courtyard gardens in the south of the Yangtze River. The collection of books and buildings in Tianyi Pavilion provide physical materials for the study of calligraphy, local history, stone carvings, stone buildings and residential buildings in eastern Zhejiang.
3. On February 23rd, 1982, Tianyi Pavilion was announced by the People's Republic of China and the State Council as the second batch of national key cultural relics protection units. On October 29, 218, Tianyige Yuehu Scenic Spot in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province was designated as a national 5A-level tourist scenic spot by the Chinese people and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
