After reading the history books, I found myself a violent person. How to resolve it?

In fact, when we read history books, sometimes we are full of anger because of the events inside. This feeling is actually a kind of sympathy for the disadvantaged groups and does not need to be resolved in particular. There are many events in historical events, which make people feel very angry. In ancient times, some countries occupied other people's countries and killed all the people in the city after occupation. I think when anyone sees this scene, they will feel this tyrannical feeling in their hearts.

In fact, each of us is compassionate and emotional, but when we watch a TV series, we may have various emotions according to the ups and downs of the plot. For example, when we see a touching plot, we will follow the TV characters and leave tears. If you see the villains are particularly cruel, you will feel angry and wish to kill them at once. In fact, these emotions are all events we watch in history, or emotions that appear when watching TV dramas. There is not much connection between us in real life. It can only be said that there will be such emotions in specific plots.

In fact, our modern society is very different from ancient society. We will not invade other countries because of our own interests, we will not base our happiness on the suffering of others, and we will not commit unforgivable crimes. Therefore, our society is very civilized now, and we can help some vulnerable groups through our own efforts. And there is no discrimination against others, no class distinction. Everyone is equal in today's society.

As long as our emotions don't come from our present society and won't affect our friends around us, there is no need for us to resolve them in particular.
