The changes brought to me by practicing soft pen for two months

At first I just wrote to practice calligraphy and calm down, because I was really anxious at that time and I didn’t know how to calm myself down.

Just think about it and practice calligraphy. A soft pen can cultivate your temperament. As I persisted, I gradually fell in love with handwriting the Heart Sutra. Amazingly, it really helps me calm down to do things and practice my concentration.

In the past, I would get impatient while listening to online classes for an hour, and would feel bored doing one thing for a long time. However, these inattentions changed as I devoted myself to writing.

The ancients said: Silence can produce wisdom. It’s true, nothing is successful when you are impetuous. If you want to accomplish something, calm yourself down first.

"Extreme tranquility", in this quiet state of self-dissolution, can instead generate the endogenous power to control and control everything.
