The Relationship between Wanliu Apartment and Wanliu Academy

Wanliu Apartment has nothing to do with Wanliu Academy. Because the predecessor of Wanliu Academy is Wanliu Huafu, the developer of Wanliu Academy is a subsidiary of Zhonghe Group, which was founded in 213 by Zhonghe Land. Wanliu Apartment, developed by Peking University Resources Group, is an apartment for young teachers and students in Peking University. The name of the apartment was inscribed by the famous calligrapher Yang Xin. Wanliu Apartment and Wanliu Academy were developed and built by two groups, so Wanliu Apartment has nothing to do with Wanliu Academy.
