In 2000, the oil painting "Quiet Mountain Village" was selected to celebrate the 5/kloc-0 anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC).
In 2007, Chairman Mao Zedong's large-scale oil paintings were collected by China People's Political Consultative Conference, and were included in the large-scale collection of Ode to a Hundred Generals as the first painting and calligraphy work. In addition, Chairman Mao Zedong's oil paintings were collected by Chairman Mao's family, General Shao Hua.
In 2007, he was invited to create oil paintings for former IOC President Samaranch.
