Liangzhaotang

Liang Chaotang (Liang Shi), whose real name is Tian Yue, is Chu Ting. Han nationality. 1946, born in Shunde, Guangdong, is a famous painter, calligrapher and art theorist in China. Professor of national first-class artists. He is good at cursive writing, making giant cursive writing, and also writing big tablets, seal scripts and Oracle Bone Inscriptions. Chinese painting is mainly based on ink pigeons and stone freehand flowers and birds, and also depicts characters. Poetry, books, paintings and seals all pursue "old, heavy, clumsy and big", and their styles are simple and heavy, simple and spicy.

When I was a child, I studied Chinese painting, calligraphy and seal cutting with Feng Shoucai. 1960 was admitted to the middle school attached to Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, learning both western painting and Chinese painting. 198 1 entered the Guangzhou Painting Academy to devote himself to the research and creation of China's calligraphy and painting seal cutting, and then studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts. He was invited to create large-scale China paintings and calligraphy for Tiananmen Gate, Great Hall of the People and Zhongnanhai. He has taught in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Sun Yat-sen University and South China University of Arts. Influenced by He Jiang in art, he achieved harmony in Chinese painting for many years, and his calligraphy was guided by Shang Chengzuo He. He visited the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia for art exchange and held solo exhibitions in Vancouver and new york for many times. His China paintings and calligraphy are works of art presented by the Guangzhou Municipal Government to foreign friendly cities such as Lyon, Vancouver, Canada and Los Angeles, as well as politicians such as the Governor-General of New Zealand and the Prime Minister of Thailand.

Personal work

His works have been selected for various calligraphy exhibitions in China, Guangdong and Guangzhou and "China Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition". 1979 personal calligraphy and painting collection, won the national "Jiuchenggong Cup" calligraphy competition Excellence Award, "Strait Cup" China calligraphy competition Excellence Award, "Yellow River Forest of Steles International Collection" Award. It has been included in 100 Contemporary Young Calligraphers, Collection of Works of China Young Seal Carvers and Selected Works of Chinese and Foreign Calligraphers, and published in various publications at home and abroad.
