Zhang Tairui, a famous calligrapher in China, was invited to attend the Irish National Day banquet. Calligrapher Terry also presented calligraphy works to Irish Minister of Education Rouerie Quinn. The friendship between China and Ireland will last forever. The banquet was held at the Irish Embassy. Calligrapher Zhang Tairui was born in 1957 in Luonan, Shaanxi. He wrote an inscription for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Cuban revolutionary leader Castro, for the world, for North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, and for Taiwan Province Province's top leader Zhen Mu Wang-9. Irrawaddy was inscribed by the Myanmar Embassy in China and the Consulate General of China in Christchurch. Inscription for the New Zealand Charity Federation and the Henan Association of New Zealand. He wrote the inscription "Long live the friendship between the Chinese and Irish peoples" for the Irish ambassador, "The friendship between the Chinese and German peoples is everlasting" for Susan Bai, the German Senior Counsellor in China, and made relevant reports for the 28 EU countries.

On the afternoon of February 2nd, 20 13, the European China Chamber of Commerce of American International Entrepreneurs Association held a supreme reception at Beijing Huashanyuan Hot Spring Hotel. Mr. Declan Kelleher, Irish Ambassador to China, Ms. Susan White, Counsellor of German Embassy in China, and other important officials of foreign institutions in China, some foreign executives, well-known domestic painters and artists were invited to attend the reception, and Mr. Zhang Tairui, a well-known domestic calligrapher, was also invited to attend. Mr Terry wrote the inscription "Long live world peace" for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, "Spiritual world is full of elegance" for Cuban revolutionary leader Castro, and "Peace rules are aboveboard" for North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. His works have been included in China Dictionary of Painters and Painters, Master of Prosperity, Collection of Contemporary Artists in China, and Leading Figures of Contemporary China Painting and Calligraphy.

On the morning of March 22nd, 20 13, an elegant China man in a suit and tie stood out at the Slovak Embassy in China. He is the most influential Shaanxi calligrapher in China. As China's special envoy for cultural exchange, Mr. Zhang Tairui was invited to attend the cultural exchange banquet hosted by Slovak Embassy in China. At the banquet, Najia Kelava Chikova, Attaché of Slovak Embassy, and the military attache of the Embassy spoke highly of China's foreign policy and guidelines, and reviewed the friendly relations between the Chinese and Slovak peoples over the years and the brilliant achievements of cooperation and exchanges between China and Slovakia in various fields. He highly praised the generosity of China government and people to Slovakia in economy, trade and culture, highly praised the diligence and wisdom of China people, expounded the Slovak people's enthusiasm for China's traditional calligraphy culture, and signed a long-term cooperative cultural exchange agreement. Mr. Zhang Tairui splashed ink on Su Shi's Red Cliff Nostalgia, which pushed the atmosphere to a climax and surrounded by flowers. On May 2013 16, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in China invited Mr. Zhang Tairui, a folk diplomatic calligrapher, to attend the grand banquet of the Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Norway. More than 500 guests from different countries (ambassadors, ministers, counsellors and military attaché s) attended the Constitution Day banquet.
To commemorate the Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Norway, Mr. Zhang Tairui, a folk diplomatic calligrapher, wrote an inscription for Mr. Sven, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to China, to celebrate the Constitution Day.
On April 2013 12, Mr. Zhang Tairui, a famous calligrapher in China, was invited by Odelin, First Secretary of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in China (news and cultural counselor) to devote a lot of pen and ink to promoting cultural exchanges between the Chinese and Norwegian peoples at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in China, and presented the Norwegian Embassy in China with the calligraphy work "The Friendship between the Chinese and Norwegian Peoples is Forever".

At 6:30 pm on May 13, Mr. Zhang Tairui, a China folk diplomatic calligrapher, was invited to attend the diplomatic exchange meeting of Slovak Embassy. The exchange hosted a banquet for more than 30 embassies in China on a grand scale, and "ambassadors, military attaché s, colonels, senior counsellors and first secretaries" were invited to attend the exchange. Mr. Frantisek Hopocek, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Slovak Embassy, delivered a speech and announced the grand opening of the banquet.
