Top Ten Writers in Ancient China

He was the first poet in China.

Li Bai's poetic style is elegant, and he is known as a poetic immortal and a famous romantic poet in history. Born in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, Li Bai left Sichuan alone at the age of 25 and began to roam widely. South to Xiangjiang River in Dongting, east to Huiji (Shaoxing), Ju 'anlu (now Anlu City, Hubei Province) and Yingshan (now Guangshui City, Hubei Province).

Until the first year of Tianbao (742), Li Bai was called to visit the Hanlin in Chang 'an on the recommendation of Taoist Wu Yun. His writing style is famous all over the world. Later, because he couldn't see the dignitaries, he gave up his official position in Beijing for nearly three years and continued his wandering life.

In the second year of An Shi Rebellion (756), when he was angry and in trouble, he once participated in Li Lin, the shogunate of Wang Yong. Unfortunately, there was a war for the throne between Wang Yong and Su Zong. After the defeat, Li Bai was implicated and exiled to Yelang (now Guizhou Province). I was forgiven on the way and wrote "Send Baidicheng Early". In his later years, he wandered in the southeast, went to an uncle and nephew of the Li family, the magistrate of Dangtu County, and died soon. Some people say that he died of illness after drinking (see Pi Rixiu's Poems of Li Hanlin), and some people say that he died of sudden death simply by drinking (see Old Tang Book). Some people say that he was drunk, fished for the moon in the lake and died. This statement has a long history and is widely circulated, which casts a romantic color on Li Bai's death.

Du Fu

Du Fu (7 12-770), with beautiful words, was a great poet in the prosperous Tang Dynasty and also a realistic poet. Originally from Xiangyang, Hubei Province, Gong County, Henan Province. Du Zhisun, a poet in the early Tang Dynasty. Tang Suzong, Official Left Addendum. After he entered Shu, he was recommended by his friends as a staff officer of Ren Jiannan Drug Rehabilitation Center, and Yuan Wailang was appointed as the school's engineering department. Therefore, later generations also called him Du Shiyi and Du Gongbu. About 65,438+0,500 of his poems have been preserved, and his collection is Du Gongbu. His influence on China's classical poetry is far-reaching, and he is called "Poet Saint" by later generations. His poems are also called "the history of poetry" and one of the "three great poets in the Tang Dynasty".

Bai Juyi

Bai Juyi (772 ~ 846), Han nationality, was born in Xiaguan (now Weinan, Shaanxi) in his later years. He was a great realistic poet in China in the Tang Dynasty and a famous poet and writer with far-reaching influence in the history of China literature. His poems have a wide range of themes, diverse forms and popular language, and are known as "Poet Saint" and "Poet King". Official to Hanlin bachelor, Zuo Zanshan doctor. Up to now, there are Bai's "Changqing Collection", and the representative works include Song of Eternal Sorrow, Charcoal Man, Pipa Travel and so on. Bai Juyi's former residence memorial hall is located in the suburb of Luoyang. Bai Yuan (the tomb of Bai Juyi) is located at Pipa Peak in the south of Luoyang.

Han Yu

Han Yu (768 ~ 824) was born in Heyang (now Meng County, Henan Province), Han nationality. A writer and philosopher in the Tang Dynasty, Su Shi called him "the decline of eight generations of literature" in the Song Dynasty, and he was a scholar in the eighth year of Zhenyuan (792). Together with Liu Zongyuan, Han Yu, Ouyang Xiu, Wang Anshi, Su Shi, Su Zhe and Su Xun, he was called the "Eight Masters of Tang and Song Dynasties". In the Ming Dynasty, he was called the first of the eight masters of Tang and Song Dynasties, and he was also called "Han" with Liu Zongyuan. He is the author of 40 volumes of Han Changli's Collected Works, Foreign Collected Works 10, Teachers' Comments, etc. Self-proclaimed county king Changli, known as Han Changli in the world, served as assistant minister of the official department in his later years, also known as the Korean official department.

Cao Xueqin

Born in a "century-old family", Cao Xueqin suffered the bitterness of life because of the decline of his family. After his death, he left the first eighty manuscripts of A Dream of Red Mansions. A Dream of Red Mansions is a great realistic work in Chinese classical novels, with rich content, tortuous plot, profound ideological understanding and exquisite artistic techniques.

liu zongyuan

Liu Zongyuan (773-8 19), with a thick word, is known as "Liu Hedong" in the world, and is also called "Liu Liuzhou" because of the secretariat of Liuzhou. Han nationality, ancestral home in Hedong (now yongji city). Writers, philosophers, essayists and thinkers in the Tang Dynasty, together with Han Yu, advocated the ancient prose movement in the Tang Dynasty and called it "Liu Han". Also known as "Liu Liu" with Liu Yuxi. Also known as "Wang Meng" with Wang Wei, Meng Haoran and Wei. Together with Han Yu, Ouyang Xiu, Su Xun, Su Shi, Su Zhe, Wang Anshi and Ceng Gong in the Tang Dynasty, they are called "eight masters in Tang and Song Dynasties". Tang Daizong was born in Chang 'an, Kyoto (now Xi, Shaanxi) in the eighth year of Dali (773).

Ouyang Xiu

Su Shi

Wang Anshi

Ning lived in seclusion after nine years' strike, and died in Zhongshan and posthumous title, Jiangning (now Nanjing, Jiangsu), also known as Wang Wengong.

Qu Yuan

Qu Ping (about 340 BC-about 278 BC) was originally named Qu Yuan; Last name is Qu. Born in Danyang (now Zigui, Hubei), he was a Chu at the end of the Warring States Period, a descendant of Qu Xian, the son of Chu Wuwang Xiong Tong, and a disseminator of Huang Lao's learning during the Warring States Period. Although Qu Yuan was loyal to Chu Huaiwang, he was repeatedly rejected. After the death of King Huai, Xiang Wang was exiled because he listened to slanderers, and finally died in the Miluo River. Qu Yuan is one of the greatest romantic poets in China, and also the earliest known famous poet and world cultural celebrity in China. He initiated the style of "Chu Ci" and the tradition of "vanilla beauty". His representative works include Li Sao and Nine Songs.
