Calligraphy Art Grade Examination is: China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination is a skill training and evaluation system for calligraphy and painting learners sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and undertaken by Beijing Education Examinations Institute. There are three systems of calligraphy grade examination, namely, China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination sponsored by Beijing Education Examinations Institute and approved by the Ministry of Education. The development order of calligraphy

The development sequence of calligraphy fonts is Oracle Bone Inscriptions, seal script, official script, regular script, running script and cursive script, and its time sequence is seal script, official script, cursive script, regular script and running script. It has the advantages of regular script and cursive script, neat, clear and lively. The oldest mature characters in Oracle Bone Inscriptions of Chinese dynasty belong to ancient Chinese.

Official script is relative to seal script, and its name originated from the Eastern Han Dynasty. The appearance of official script is another great change of China characters, which brings China's calligraphy art into a new realm and is a turning point in the development history of Chinese characters. According to legend, Li Shu was compiled by Cheng Miao in prison at the end of Qin Dynasty, which simplified traditional Chinese characters, rounded fonts and changed strokes into straight ones.
