First of all, our major
We are one of the earliest institutions in China that set up the major of cultural relics protection and restoration, and have rich experience in running schools. We are an influential major in universities in Beijing, Tianjin and even the whole country. The Department of Cultural Relics of our college is a unit of the Ministry of Education, the teaching standard-setting unit of National Cultural Heritage Administration cultural relics specialty, the governing unit of the National Cultural Relics Restoration Vocational Education Alliance, and a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Cultural Relics Protection Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education.
This major has obvious advantages in the technical skills of cultural relics protection and restoration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and was awarded the cultural education and training base by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Promotion Office. At present, it is the only university in Hebei Province with the qualification of movable cultural relics restoration.
