1. First, right-click the mouse to prompt the incompatible program and select the "Properties" option in the menu.
2. Switch to the "Compatibility" tab in the pop-up property window, check before "Run this program in compatibility mode", then select windows7, and check "Run this program as an administrator" in the permission level.
3. Finally, click OK to restart the program to solve the incompatibility problem.
