What does the name Suzhou Lingering Garden mean?

This is a poem from Han Yu in the Tang Dynasty: "The past is not forgotten, and the future is a teacher." Liu Xiang of the Han Dynasty (77 BC-6 BC) said in Shuoyuan that "people are too short to dig deep wells", which means that it takes perseverance and hard work to study the knowledge of the ancients in order to find clues and learn things from deep wells.
