What is hard-pen calligraphy written by?

Hard pen calligraphy can be written with pens, pencils and gel pens.

Hard pen calligraphy is divided into hard pen calligraphy art and practical hard pen calligraphy. The former mainly emphasizes artistry, while the latter mainly emphasizes practicality. The artistry of hard-pen calligraphy mainly expresses the writer's understanding and feeling of calligraphy art through the changes of lines and structures, and it pursues beauty, emotion, interest, artistic conception, personality and so on;

Practical hard pen calligraphy, that is, daily writing, is mainly to meet the needs of practicality and facilitate writing and identification. The key is to make the writing fast and standardized, so the practical hard pen calligraphy is mainly running script.

The characteristics of hard pen calligraphy are mainly compared with brush calligraphy.

First, because the material of the hard pen tip is relatively hard, its line changes are not as soft as those of the soft pen-the brush changes greatly; Second, because the commonly used hard pen is mainly a pen, the lines are much thinner than the brush, so the font is much smaller, even smaller than the fine print of the brush; Third, due to the material of the pen, the hard pen is easier to control than the brush.

Basic stroke writing skills of hard pen calligraphy;

1, long level

Left low and right high, slightly inclined to the upper right, long and horizontal, with an inclination angle. Add a pen at the beginning and end of the pen (the pen is the point at the lower right, so it must be small). The stroke process should be smooth, and the middle stroke is slightly faster, showing a state of thin middle and thick two ends.

The inclination angle of the long horizontal line varies from character to character. For example, the inclination angle of the long horizontal line is larger in the character "seven" and smaller in the character "Wang" whose last stroke is the long horizontal line.

2, short horizontal

Left low and right high, slightly inclined to the upper right, short and not horizontal, with an inclination angle. Don't add a pen at the beginning, you can add it at the end. Stroke from light to heavy, after writing, it is in a state of thin head and thick tail, and it should be horizontal and straight.

3, hanging needle vertical

Add a pen at the beginning of the pen, and write vertically directly below, first slowly and then quickly, from heavy to light. When the pen is written to two thirds, gently accelerate the pen to the top, and never accelerate it too early or too hard. The vertical needle must be vertical. When the last stroke of a word is long vertical, it is generally better to write it as hanging needle vertical.
