(1) Rights of members
Any member who joins the Hefei University of Technology College Student Calligraphy and Painting Association can enjoy the following four rights:
1. The right to participate in calligraphy and painting The right to participate in various activities organized by the association for members
Members can participate in all activities organized by the association with their membership cards, including any form of visits, competitions, lectures, as well as member exchanges and friendships, etc.
2. Enjoy the right to use the calligraphy and painting association activity room
Members can go to the association activity room from 19:00 to 21:30 every day with their membership cards to practice calligraphy, painting, and create calligraphy and painting works and exchange experiences. After registration, you can use the paper, pens, inkstones and other calligraphy and painting supplies prepared by the association for free for members.
3. Have the right to supervise, complain and report
Members have the right to know the usage of membership fees and the right to supervise the daily work of the association’s internal organizational managers. If any infringement is found, Members can complain or report violations of their rights to the school society association or other superior departments.
4. The right to freedom of withdrawal
Members have the freedom to withdraw from the membership. When withdrawing, the membership card should be returned to the issuing department in a timely manner.
(2) Obligations of members
Any member who joins the Hefei University of Technology College Student Calligraphy and Painting Association must fulfill the following four obligations:
1. Abide by basic rules and regulations
Members of the association must keep in mind their status as students, abide by laws and regulations, abide by school rules and regulations, and abide by the basic rules and regulations of the association.
2． Protect the public property of the association
Members of the association must protect the public property of the association and shall not intentionally damage the displays and facilities of the association.
3. Consciously safeguard the reputation of the association

4. Take the initiative to learn and demand progress

(3) Instructions for joining
1. Members join voluntarily, understand the association’s articles of association, and clarify the rights and obligations of members.
2. After receiving the membership card, members begin to enjoy membership rights and must abide by member obligations.
3. The superior department of our association is the Hefei University of Technology Committee of the *** Youth League, and the standing work is supervised by the Federation of Societies.
