Appreciation and Collection of Dharma Calligraphy Posted by Li Bai on the Balcony in the Tang Dynasty

"Tie on the Balcony" begins with the four characters "Qinglian Yihan" in regular script written by Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty, and is inscribed in gold by Zhao Ji, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, on the upper right side of the text: "Li Taibai of the Tang Dynasty went to the balcony". The later paper contains inscriptions, postscripts and inscriptions by Zhao Ji, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, Zhang Yan, Du Ben, Ouyang Xuan, Wang Yuqing, Wei Su, Zou Lu of the Yuan Dynasty, and Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. The seals on the front and back of the volume and across the water include "Zigu" and "Yizhai" by Zhao Mengjian of the Song Dynasty, "Qiuhe Book" by Jia Sidao, "Zhang Yan's Private Seal" and "Ouyang Xuan Seal" of the Yuan Dynasty, as well as Xiang Yuanbian of the Ming Dynasty, Qingbiao and Anqi of the Qing Dynasty. , the Imperial Household of the Qing Dynasty, and the collection seals of Zhang Boju and others in modern times.

"Tie to the Upper Balcony" is Li Bai's only handwriting handed down from generation to generation. When he started writing, he was very straight, and when he finished, he let go of his sharp edge.

Huang Tingjian of the Song Dynasty commented on Li Bai's poems and writings: "Looking at his manuscripts, I can see his poems in general, which makes people think deeply. Bai was in Kaiyuan and Zhide, and he could not be passed down in writing. Today's behavior and grass are not inferior to those of the ancients." Xu Bangda believed that this calligraphy was rough, and the pen used was suspected to be thick and thick like the Sanzhuo pen of the Song Dynasty, and lacked the characteristics of the hard brush of the Tang Dynasty, so he determined it to be a fake.

Qi Gong believes that this post has an inscription by Li Bai, an inscription, a postscript and a signature that were personally appreciated by Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. It is consistent with Li Bai’s heroic style, and he has identified it as an authentic work by Li Bai. The middle volume of this post is separated from the water. Song Huizong wrote a postscript: "Taibai tasted writing in running script, 'Walking on the moon in the joy, entering the restaurant in the west, you can feel that the characters are looking at each other, and you are outside the world.' Zhang Yan's postscript of the Yuan Dynasty said: "The banished immortal tasted the clouds: Ou, Yu, Chu, Lu Zhennu Shu Er. The state of being is higher than the world, and the wonders of things are beyond the ordinary. "Ouyang Xuan, a calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty, wrote in a poem: "The master of the Tang Dynasty is a fairy in golden robes. , Literary talent has been popular for six hundred years. You can see the bright moonlight in the roof beams, and the spare words are turning into clouds."
