What are the central government agencies in our country? It includes three power agencies, the judicial agency and the legislative body. 1. Administration: State Council; The State Council of the People's Republic of China, the Central People's Government, is the executive agency of the highest state power agency and the highest state administrative agency. The State Council is composed of the Prime Minister, Vice Prime Ministers, State Councilors, Ministers of Ministries, Directors of Committees, Auditor General, and Secretary-General. The State Council implements the prime minister's responsibility system. Each department and committee implements the responsibility system of ministers and directors. 2. Legislation: National People's Congress; The National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China is the highest organ of state power. Its permanent organ is the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. The National People's Congress and the National People's Congress Standing Committee exercise state legislative power. The National People's Congress is composed of representatives elected by provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, special administrative regions and the military. Each ethnic minority group should have an appropriate number of representatives. 3. Judiciary: Supreme People's Procuratorate and Supreme People's Court; the Supreme People's Procuratorate is the highest national procuratorial organ of the People's Republic of China. It was established in 1954. The office building is now located at No. 147 Beiheyan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The main task is to lead local people's procuratorates at all levels and specialized people's procuratorates to perform legal supervision functions in accordance with the law and ensure the unity and correct implementation of national laws.
