Examination
1. The written examination is conducted in a closed-book format. The examination subjects are basic ability test and basic legal knowledge test. Among them, the basic ability test*** has three parts. The first part is a reading comprehension test, the second part is a computer Chinese input test, and the third part is a computer application test.
2. Conduct comprehensive interviews for candidates. The interview mainly tests the overall quality and job matching ability of the candidates.
Political Examination
According to the order of total examination scores and the number of recruits, the list of political review personnel will be determined from the candidates who have passed the examination.
4. Recruitment and salary benefits
Candidates who pass the political examination will be selected by the party committee of the college and arranged to be put on trial in the corresponding job position of the college. The probation period is two months. The benefits during the period are only wages. After the probation period is over, the employee passes the assessment and signs the employment contract, he or she will purchase the "five insurances". They will not purchase them during the probation period. Those who fail to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be disqualified from employment.
