Bai Jing was born in Lanzhou, Gansu. Correspondence graduate of Wuxi Art College, Jiangsu Province. Researcher of China Contemporary Calligraphers United Art Association, member of China Wang Xizhi Foundation, member of International Calligraphy and Painting Society, member of Gansu Calligraphers Association, executive director of China Calligraphy Research Association, special painter of Cultural Market Development Center of Ministry of Culture, and calligrapher of China Art Museum.
