I quite agree with Wu Jun's outlook on life. The so-called life is the way a person looks at problems and does things, that's all, but they determine a person's life. If you want to live a good life, you must first understand the importance of life, that is, believe in fate and accept it. Believing in fate means knowing that you can't do it, while accepting fate means not going beyond the boundaries set by fate and accepting what you can't get. It took me half my life to find out that I live like this because I have problems with my own way of looking at things and doing things.
When I was in middle school, because I didn't do well in the liberal arts exam at first, I felt that literature, history and politics were not important. I was not afraid to learn mathematics, physics and chemistry well and traveled all over the world, so that my Chinese and English scores in the college entrance examination were particularly low, and I could only barely get into junior college. At work, I always think that my ability is not as good as my relationship. I didn't improve my real talent and knowledge well, made too many so-called friends and leaders, and wasted my best time on ineffective entertainment. So even if the opportunity is in front of you, there is nothing you can do. What's more, I attribute my bad luck to my over-trust in Feng Shui, and then concentrate on looking for opportunities. I thought I had seized the rare opportunity in my life, but I never wanted to fall into the trap carefully designed by others and almost didn't get up. Everything is fate, the result of my way of looking at problems and doing things. If I want to change my life, I must change my cognitive ability. Only in this way can I reverse my inherent way of looking at problems and doing things, and I can realize a complete transformation of my destiny.
Knowledge is divided into nine chapters. The first chapter says that happiness is the goal and success is the means. I like the sentence "We must do something when we are alive, but considering that we will eventually die, we must understand that we don't have time to do everything". We all line up along the same road, and if we can't stop, we will die at the end. No one can escape this rule. Pursuing happiness in life is our goal, and success is only a means. For me, a harmonious family, good health and enough money to support myself and my family can help people around me bring happiness. When I get old, I will have some hobbies that won't make me lonely, so that I can achieve happiness in life. At present, the challenge I face is that I still need to earn money, and I don't have enough ability to help people around me bring material happiness. So I want to succeed in my career to satisfy my happiness.
Chapter 2 Life needs subtraction. Many people seem to be busy every day, but in fact, he has been picking sesame seeds. Doing one thing in a down-to-earth manner will make greater growth than doing many things without screening. Life also has a cliff, but knowing that there is no cliff, we can't learn all the knowledge all our lives, and we are insatiable, but we have accomplished nothing. When people reach middle age, they must know what I really want and what I shouldn't. Remove unrealistic needs from the list of life, leaving one or two most important things, and do them well, and life will be complete.
The third chapter talks about knowledge. Many times, success or failure depends on the level of knowledge, not your own simple efforts. Only by standing high can you see far. Why do I regard Mr. Wang Zhigang as my idol? He has a lot of knowledge, and he can give directions with a smile. And this ability is refined by reading thousands of books, walking Wan Li Road, experiencing all kinds of things and seeing all kinds of people. I can't do as much as him, but at least now I can read more, think more and answer more questions, and improve my knowledge by thinking and answering questions.
The fourth chapter is the wisdom of everyone. If you want to stand tall and see far, the shortcut is to stand on the shoulders of giants. So learn from everyone's wisdom, absorb their refined and summarized knowledge, and use it for me.
Chapter v refusing fake workers. In his class, Mr. Wu Bofan talked about a point he saw. He said that if you sleep more than four hours every day, your chances of success will be reduced by half. I disagree with this view as much as Mr. Bofan, and it is irresponsible to attribute success to the time spent. Inefficient work is a waste of time, and ineffective efficiency is a huge waste. Drucker said that the most inefficient thing in the world is to do invalid things with the highest efficiency. To refuse a fake job is to refuse to be busy without effect.
Chapter VI: Misunderstandings in the workplace and their solutions. Mainly talked about some details that should be paid attention to in the workplace. I like a passage in it very much. Everything depends on common sense 50 points, technology 50 points 90 points, and art 90 points 100 points. We can't jump at every stage. We can reach 90 points through hard work. As for whether we can do it better, it's up to people, and we don't have to bear it.
Chapter VII The Essence of Commerce. The ideas in this chapter are relatively novel. For example, the essence of business is to make people spend more money instead of saving money, and the secret of management is not to choose. The highlight is "the beauty of the third eye is new", and the beauty of the third eye is of course relative to the beauty of the first eye and the beauty of the second eye. The beauty with the third eye belongs to the public category. They may not be so conspicuous, but if you look closely, they are still good. Only the new products with the third eye beauty can be suitable for the public, so it is necessary for enterprises to make new products with the third eye beauty.
Chapter 8: Rational investment view. Investment and financial management are very important to everyone. If you have a successful career and earn money, you may end up busy in vain without spending it. First of all, we should establish a correct view of money. We agree with Mr. Wu Jun's view of money: 1. Money belongs to God, not to you. You should give it back to him later. 2. Money is yours only if you spend it! 3. Money and anything are to make your life better, not to bring you trouble. Money is earned, not saved, and the efficiency of making money depends on a person's tolerance. Money can be spent, but it can be invested quickly.
Especially article 5, money can be invested and speculated. Therefore, we must have a sense of risk and find a suitable investment and financial management tool. Unfortunately, I haven't copied stocks or bought bonds except buying a house so far. These two financial tools are recommended by Wu Jun, and I need to learn them.
Chapter 9 Speak well. Being able to speak is a kind of ability, and the level of exchanging ideas through speaking largely determines whether a person can succeed. I think being able to speak is mainly reflected in being able to express one's ideas correctly and making people understand and accept them. What I have to do now is to exercise my communication skills in different occasions, clarify my narrative deficiencies through writing, improve my language expression ability through continuous practice, and be a talkative person.
This is the book I read 102. Reading is a means to improve my knowledge. Come on, yourself.
