The beauty of duty, for everyone, first of all lies in a deep recognition and silent observance of one's work or occupation, an inherent habit formed by long-term persistence, and a special temperament exuded from all over the body. Therefore, in life, we often hear comments about someone, such as "this person is a doctor, a teacher, an artist and so on." And these can almost become symbols of an industry label, sometimes just a look, an expression and an action. In fact, this is the continuous accumulation of long-term work and even living habits, internalized and manifested in the external concrete appearance. If extended to the spiritual level, if this person is quite conscientious, it is a kind of praise and a sincere praise for his honest quality. Duty is reliable and duty is also trust. Isn't there an old saying that "people can't stand without faith", which is the criterion of self-cultivation? Just for this precious trust and the origin of this quality, it is regarded as the excellent traditional virtue of our Chinese nation and passed down from generation to generation. Conscientious people are respected for this.
The rapid development of modern society provides people with more possibilities. In addition to daily work, colorful spare time life also allows people to give full play to their own advantages, tap great potential in more fields, and show the diversity of life values on different life stages. I am lucky to live in such an era when there are more choices for social freedom and tolerance than before.
Just today, this feeling strongly collided with my heart again. I can't help but be more grateful for this beautiful era.
Taking advantage of the weekend, a group of people who spend their spare time with words braved the thick fog early in the morning and slowly marched westward carefully to explore the surprise brought by the first exhibition of Dingyuan Calligraphy and Painting Society.
At the moment, in this early winter morning in the north, the air is filled with layers of white fog, wrapped in a burst of wet and cold, coming at people. However, when I saw those villagers say goodbye to their usual busy things temporarily because of the slack season, they came from all directions. In the ancient town of Yangping with profound cultural heritage, in the bustling and familiar market, in the temporary shed made of colored strips, on the table with wet ink, and on the white rice paper spread out in turn, they concentrated on splashing ink and splashing thousands of emotions in their chests. The enthusiasm between raising one's hand and putting pen to paper is unrestrained, calm and calm, as if full of thick ink, flowing out of black satin-like ink, and my heart is full of bright joy.
Teacher Xu Yumin, the organizer of the painting and calligraphy exhibition, is famous for his outstanding talents in the circle. Teacher Xu Yumin, formerly known as Zhao, whose ancestral home is Dingyuan, is an out-and-out farmer in Yangping Town, lingbao city. And his other identity is a member of Henan Writers Association, Shaanxi Literature Research Association and China Local Poets Association. He has published a long narrative poem "Soul of Bashan", a long fairy tale "Biography of the Emperor", a local historical record "Nanyang Pingcun Village" 20 15 12, a new work with the theme of describing the different fates and experiences of two generations in rural areas, and a representative work of more than 500,000 words, which was published by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Press. Around him, there are a group of native villagers who love life and are addicted to literature, calligraphy and painting.
According to reports, Dingyuan Calligraphy and Painting Club was established on June 20, 200411,and currently has 50 members from mainland China, Sichuan, Hubei and other places. Is a voluntary non-governmental organization composed of painting and calligraphy lovers, and has participated in various painting and calligraphy exhibitions and exchange activities in various places for many times.
Yu Ming, 1940, the author of Dingyuan Hometown Rhyme, is from Lala Hsu Village, Yangping Town. In the postscript, he said that at the age of 17, he joined the ranks of weddings, funerals and happy events in the village as an accountant, and since then he has formed an indissoluble bond with couplets and calligraphy. The sun and the moon, which accompanied the couplets for half a century, sharpened his writing style, perfected his calligraphy skills and enhanced his cultural self-confidence. I especially feel sorry for Xu Hualing, the wife who has been in the same boat for more than 50 years. To his delight and pride, a classmate of the same age in the same village and his wife, who has a very deep fate in this life, is kind-hearted, diligent in housework, believes in Gaotang, is ready to help others, respects the old and loves the young, is a good neighbor, and is good at painting, paper-cutting and Lamian Noodles. It's really ingenious.
Qiao Shengjun, a member obsessed with calligraphy, can't eat or sleep for a day without writing. Hard work pays off and won the prize in this year's middle-aged and elderly calligraphy competition.
"Tian Xingjian, the gentleman is constantly striving for self-improvement; The terrain is Kun, and the gentleman carries things with morality. " Teacher Xu Yumin said that this is the life creed of all members of their calligraphy and painting club. Learning and communication never stop, and artistic pursuit never ends. This spirit can be seen in the sun and on their faces engraved with wind, frost and chrysanthemums. From the pen and ink, there are horizontal and vertical, and we can smell it.
A farmer, dancing and writing, may be called doing nothing. Because in their view, the so-called "talents" that these ordinary people don't have and don't need are useless and worthless. Their so-called "uselessness" means tangible practical benefits and practical value. Just like an old farmer passing by watching the excitement, he solemnly said to a familiar calligraphy lover that it is better to sell a pot of bean jelly in a down-to-earth manner. This man, however, gave him a meaningful smile, without excuses or worries. Can outsiders understand this inner peace and certainty?
Yes, just as teacher Xu Yumin defined Dingyuan Calligraphy and Painting Club as a pure, folk and grass-roots organization; This is a group of pure, folk and grassroots painting and calligraphy lovers. This group of people, in addition to having villagers of the same kind who are only satisfied with the present and are content with the farmers' usual lifestyle, wholeheartedly plant crops and manage their own land, but also fly their dreams, banish their mood, cultivate their interests, nourish their hearts, enrich their feelings, enjoy spiritual pleasure, look forward to a better tomorrow and paint a better future. This is their outlook on life and values. This is a way of life that they are proud of and enjoy.
This is people, different from people. Judging from the completion of their respective lives, such differences are not good or bad in essence, but only the differences of genera and species of radish, vegetables, fruits and vegetables. Just like Zhuangzi? The famous dialogue in Autumn Water:
"If you were not a fish, would you know the happiness of fish?"
"If I were not that son, I know I don't know the happiness of fish?"
And life, every choice that meets your own wishes, deserves respect.
So, I thought-
Perhaps, at today's painting and calligraphy exhibition, with a pair of couplets written by myself, we can more accurately or appropriately express and pour out the persistent and passionate feelings of this group of painting and calligraphy lovers living at the grassroots level:
The grassroots of Huancai Plateau People's Society is full of brushstrokes, and its illustrated book history is brilliant.
