Introduce a calligraphy composition
On March 3rd, 9th year of Emperor Yonghe of the Eastern Jin Dynasty (A.D. 353), Wang Xizhi, Xie An, Sun Chuo and other 41 people "made a poem" in Lanting, Shanyin (now Shaoxing, Zhejiang). At the meeting, each of them wrote a preface manuscript for their poems. The preface narrates the beauty of the landscape around Lanting and the joy of the party, expressing the author's feelings that life and death are impermanent. The book of law posts handed down from generation to generation, with 28 lines and 324 words, is perfect in composition, structure and brushwork, which was his masterpiece at the age of 5. Later generations commented that "the font of the right army has changed. Its heroic spirit is natural, so it is thought to be a model from ancient times to modern times. " Therefore, calligraphers of all ages have called Lanting "the best running script in the world". The "Dragon Book" is the most famous ink in the Tang Dynasty, and it was named "Lanting Dragon Book" because it was printed with Feng Chengsu's number in the time of Emperor Taizong's reign. This book is well-written, and its brushwork, ink style, style and charm are all reflected, which is recognized as the best copy. Stone carving is the first to promote "Dingwuben". According to Guo Moruo's textual research, the second half of Preface to Lanting, which has been handed down from generation to generation, has no similarities with Wang Xizhi's thought, and the calligraphy style is also different from the epitaph of Wang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty unearthed in recent years, which is suspected to be falsely entrusted by Sui and Tang Dynasties. But there are also people who disagree with it. Preface to Lanting shows the highest realm of Wang Xizhi's calligraphy art. The author's bearing, phoenix spirit, mind and feelings are fully demonstrated in this work. The ancients said that Wang Xizhi's cursive script is like "the breeze comes out of the sleeve, and the next month comes into my arms", which is a wonderful metaphor. The world also commonly uses Cao Zhi's "Ode to the Goddess of Luo": "If you are amazed, if you are graceful, if you are Youlong, you will be glorious, autumn chrysanthemum and spring pine in Hua Mao. It seems that if the moon is covered by light clouds, it will float like the wind flowing back to snow. " One sentence to praise the beauty of Wang Xizhi's calligraphy. Legend has it that Wang Xizhi practiced calligraphy hard when he was a child. After a long time, the pond water used to clean the brush turned black.
