Also known as He Ling, the other chief of Hezhai, He Lu. Member of China Calligraphers Association. Born in June, 1942, Suiping, Henan. (1942-)1961entered Xinyang Normal School in Henan Province, specializing in regular script after school, especially Liu Ti. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, executive director of Henan Calligraphers Association, deputy director of Calligraphy Creation Committee of Henan Calligraphers Association, student tutor of Henan Calligraphers Correspondence College, vice chairman of Luoyang Calligraphers Association, honorary president of Luoyang Calligraphy and Painting Institute and visiting professor of Luoyang University. In 2000, he was awarded the title of the first batch of "Calligraphy Artists with Virtue and Art" in China.
