Jincheng Museum has a basic exhibition "Soul of Taihang-Jincheng Ancient Civilization Exhibition", which is divided into three topics: "Taking history as Britain", "The Battle of Changping" and "Unearthed Terracotta Warriors". "Taking English from History" introduces the origin, religion, drama, historical celebrities and so on of Jincheng's history by combining point with surface. The Battle of Changping vividly depicts the tragic process of the whole war by using scene models and modern four-dimensional dynamic cinemas, which is the most attractive and ornamental part and the focus of the whole exhibition. "Unearthed figurines" show the most valuable figurines in the museum. Through the appealing exhibition, it showed the essence of ancient civilization in Jincheng and won the Top Ten Exhibition Award of the 6th China Museum.
In addition, since the opening of the museum, there have been more than 30 temporary exhibitions, such as marine precious animals exhibition, Fahua art exhibition and Jincheng urban planning exhibition. At the same time, there are temporary exhibitions in the museum, such as cultural relics exhibition, Jincheng urban planning exhibition, cultural relics essence picture exhibition, Wuqiang wood art exhibition and so on. In 2005, the exhibition won the "Top Ten Exhibition Award of the 6th National Museum".
