China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association is the only legal national hard pen calligraphy association established by Pang Zhonghua and Liu Jinbiao, approved by the Ministry of Culture and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs 1993.
China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association consists of hard pen calligraphy organizations, hard pen calligraphers, hard pen calligraphy theory, researchers and educators from all provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, special zones, state organs and industries in China.
In 2009, the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association was changed. Pang Zhonghua, the first chairman, retired from the leadership position and became the honorary chairman for life after serving as the chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association for four consecutive years. Zhang Huaqing served as the chairman of the 4th (mid-term adjustment) and 5th China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association.
Members of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association are divided into group members and individual members.
Article 8 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:
(a) support the articles of association;
(2) Having the will to join this Association;
(3) Having certain ability, level and influence in the business field of this Association;
(four) qualified units and individuals related to the business of this Association (qualification is in another article).
Article 9 The procedures for joining the club are as follows:
(a) to submit an application for membership and obtain membership;
(two) fill in the membership registration form and provide the required information;
(three) discussed and approved by the Standing Council (the members of the team shall be examined and accepted according to these rules);
(4) The membership card shall be issued by the Council or an institution authorized by the Council.
Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:
The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;
(two) to participate in the activities of this association;
(three) to obtain the priority of our services;
(four) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;
(5) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal;
(six) other legitimate rights and interests in the meeting.
Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:
(a) To implement the resolutions of this Council;
(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;
(three) to complete the work assigned by the association;
(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;
(five) to reflect the situation to this Council and provide relevant information;
(6) Recommend talents to the Association and subscribe to the publications in the Association.
Article 12 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card. If a member does not pay the membership fee for one year and does not participate in group activities, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 If a member violates the national laws and seriously violates the Articles of Association, it shall be removed from the membership by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.
