What do the three postures of hard pen mean?

1. Writing posture: Hold the pen correctly, keep your hand one inch away from the pen tip, and overcome the wrong way of holding the pen; Write in the right sitting position, with one punch from the chest to the edge of the table and one foot off the paper.

2. Reading posture: When reading, hold the book with both hands, the upper end of the book is slightly raised, making a 45-degree angle with the desktop, and the head leans forward slightly. Keep the book a foot away from your eyes and avoid bad habits such as reading on your stomach.

3. Sitting posture: the head should be straight, the shoulders should be flat, the body should be straight, the waist should be straight and the chest should be straight. The hips of the lower body sit on crutches, the upper legs are naturally flat, the calves below the knees are naturally vertical, and the feet are naturally flat on the ground.
