Xie Jiyuan, whose real name is Shi Xiu, whose name is Yu 'an, 1965 was born in Xi in June. He loved painting and calligraphy since he was a child. He studied calligraphy and painting seal cutting under Han Buyan, Chen Shaomo and Fu Jiayi. At present, he is the director of the Seal Carving Committee of xi Calligraphers Association, a member of Central South Printing Society, the deputy secretary-general of the Education Committee of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, the vice president of Xi 'an Painting and Calligraphy Seal Carving Institute, the executive director of Japan International Painting Academy, and a member of Shaanxi Provincial History Museum.
His works have participated in the first exhibition of contemporary young seal engravers, the first exhibition of seal engraving between China and Japan, the seventh exhibition of seal engraving between China and Japan, and the first, second, third and fourth exhibitions of seal engraving in Shaanxi. Hirayama ikuo, a famous Japanese painter, and Dooan Kobayashi, a master of seal cutting, have won many praises and done some work for the cultural exchange between China and Japan. Yang Guoguang, a famous art educator, once wrote a poem: "Mu Jun carved stones to show his talents, became a family without convention, paid attention to vividness, and was elegant in heart"; Ceng Laide, a famous calligrapher, once wrote a poem, "Reject the secular times, carve a knife in your hand, abandon your armor and return to Chang 'an, and cherish your life as a career".
