3. Jiuhou Mountain in Zhangzhou
It is more than 20 miles northwest of Zhao'an County. According to the "Zhangzhou Illustrated Book" of the Song Dynasty: Yu Gong's concubine was granted the title of Kuaiji. Later, his descendants died in Fujian and became gods. Each of them ruled a mountain, so it was named Jiuhou Mountain. At the foot of Jiuhou Mountain, there is a cliff with the word "Tiankai" engraved on it, and two huge rocks below forming a portal. This ancient temple was first built in the Tang Dynasty, rebuilt in the fifth year of Chunku (1245) in the Song Dynasty, and twice in the Qianlong and Guangxu years of the Qing Dynasty, both of which had steles. The three characters "Daming Mountain" are engraved on the stone forehead of the mountain gate in front of the temple.
