Huangzhou Guild Hall is located in Shuhe Ancient Town, 63 kilometers away from Xunyang County. It was built by Huangbang (that is, Huangzhou merchants) in Qing Dynasty. According to the existing inscriptions in the first year of Guangxu (1875), it was built in the middle of Qing dynasty and built by stages in the twelfth year of Tongzhi (1873). The existing whole building is located in the northwest and southeast, facing the Shuhe River, facing the Han River in the south and leaning against the hillside. From the front to the back, the main building is based on the central axis, with distinct levels and rigorous structure, which basically maintains the layout of traditional palace buildings in China, especially embodies the strong southern architectural characteristics. On September 24, 2003, it was listed as a key cultural relics protection unit by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.

Huangzhou Pavilion is located on the back slope of Shuhe Street, facing Shuhe and overlooking Shuhe Old Street. From front to back, it is the gatehouse, the music building, the pilgrimage hall and the main hall. Although the building is built in stages, it is symmetrical about the central axis, with distinct levels and unified and harmonious style. Huangzhou Pavilion is a traditional palace-style building with a strong architectural style of Southern School. The temples are all brick and wood buildings in Qing Dynasty, which are beautiful and dignified. It was founded in the 12th year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1874).

The width of the main hall is 1 1.65 m, and the depth is 7.69 m. There is a stone tablet on the left gable, which records the construction process in turn, with clear handwriting and good preservation.

A few steps down is the worship hall, which is as wide as the main hall, with a depth of 8.2 meters, a eaves column of 6.2 meters and a central column of 8.3 meters. It is also a hard mountain top. There is a three-way stone tablet embedded in the right wall between the main hall and the worship hall, which records the donation for the construction of Huangzhou Pavilion.

Opposite the pilgrimage hall is the Music Building, which is a high-rise building with pavilion-style, double eaves and a sloping roof. Porcelain vase is embedded in the center of the main ridge, and there are kisses at both ends. The fork ridge is decorated with Chinese gypsum, and the four corners are raised at 45 degrees. There is a gold plaque upstairs, with the characters "Ming Sheng Building" in regular script, with a diameter of about 70cm. The calligraphy is rigorous and elegant, and it is said that it was written by the champion of Wuchang. The gate of Lelou is engraved with relief, the ceiling is decorated with gossip, and the top of each column on both sides is carved with phoenix wood, which is lifelike. There is no gable at the front desk of the music building, which is convenient for the audience to watch the performance from the front and side. The whole concert hall is staggered up and down, with overlapping wing angles, ingenious conception and exquisite production.

The gatehouse of Huangzhou Pavilion is connected with the Music Building, which is actually a wall-following door on the back wall of the Music Building. The facade is decorated with a triple-eave archway. The main building is about 10 meter high. The main entrance is carved with stone. There is a symmetrical drum in front of the door, and four auspicious birds and beasts are carved on both sides of the drum. Above the main entrance is the words "Protecting the National Palace", and on both sides are the words "Jin Yong" and "Jade Bureau". A pair of celadon couplets are embedded in the middle column and the side column respectively. The couplet of zhongzhu is: the emperor is selfless, thinking that the north of Chu was drooping in the past, and the eternal magic showed the sun and the moon; Li Siyue Ji, located in Qinxiwei Town, is full of fragrant beans. The side columns are connected as follows: the temple is like a spectacle, depending on the current sunny weather, just like Huangzhou Chibi; Shen Gongzhuo, sheltering the people here, how to divide water with Qinshan. (Two couplets are hung high, and some words have been blurred for years, so they can't be confirmed for the time being, and they will be corrected later. Previously, there were many mistakes in this couplet provided by Shuhe related publicity materials. The whole gatehouse is made of blue bricks, and the words "Huangzhou Pavilion" are printed on the brick mold. The gatehouse and the music building are skillfully connected and integrated, and their elaborate design and ingenious construction are top-notch.

Huangzhou Pavilion, formerly known as the Emperor's Palace, is a guild hall where Huangzhou businessmen live together. According to records, Huangzhou Pavilion was built three times before and after. Founded in the Qianlong period, it was built by Huangzhou firms and gangs engaged in commercial trade in Shu in turn, and it took more than a hundred years and generations of efforts to build it. There were only three halls. Later, in the twenty-seventh year of Daoguang, it took two years to complete the ceremony. Since the twelfth year of Tongzhi, the Music Building and the Gatehouse have been built.
