Who knows the profile of Wu Zhongqi?

Wu Zhongqi, 1907, a native of Changqing, Shandong Province, is a member of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. Chairman of Jiangsu Branch of China Calligraphers Association, vice president of Jiangsu Painting Academy, director of China Calligraphers Association. Truth, grass, seal and official script all have profound skills, and the book style is vigorous and powerful. Calligraphy works have participated in the first, second, third and fourth national calligraphy seal cutting exhibitions and Sino-Japanese calligraphy exchange exhibitions. 1980 was invited to visit Japan. Since 198 1, China Calligraphy Association, Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Painting Academy and General Political Department of China People's Liberation Army have held "Wu Zhongqi Calligraphy Exhibition" in Nanjing and Beijing respectively. He took part in the revolution in his early years. He was not only a battle-hardened and distinguished commander, but also a famous calligrapher with both ability and political integrity. When Shanghai was liberated, at the request of Comrade Liu Changsheng, he wrote the characters "Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions" and "Proletarians all over the world unite" for the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions Building. Mayor Chen Yi personally wrote the words "Shanghai Municipal People's Government". Chen Yi once said, "Seven Chinese characters indicate the birth of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government". Also wrote "Nanjing Stomatological Hospital" and other brands. He died of illness in Nanjing on March 29th, 2006 at the age of ninety-nine.
