Why are descendants of Fu Qingzhu forbidden to go abroad?

Fu Qingzhu's descendants are not forbidden to go abroad. Fu Shan (1607 ~ 1684) was a famous thinker, calligrapher and physician in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Most of the descendants are engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, so today, the Fu family is very prosperous all over the world, but they don't make a living from medicine.
