Over the past three years, the mountains and rivers all over Guangxi have left Gu Xiangling's footprints. He walked into scenic spots and cottages in remote revolutionary old areas, into colleges and universities, visited revolutionary veterans who lived a long and healthy life, enjoyed the rich ethnic customs and beautiful mountains and rivers in Guangxi, learned the unique essence of Zhuang culture in Guangxi, and integrated it into calligraphy creation. He compiled and published his personal calligraphy art monograph "Walking into Everyone" in Guangxi.
Now, Gu Xiangling has a deeper affection for Guangxi, often living in Nanning, and founded the "Jiulong Cultural Base", which has built a bigger platform for studying "Dragon Culture" with artists from Guangxi. He said: "Guangxi has great beauty, beauty lies in people's hearts, beauty lies in great rivers and mountains, and beauty lies in those simple people's feelings." Here, the kindness and purity of Zhuang civilization are everywhere, which provides me with a big stage to appreciate art, making me want to write about Guangxi with my own pen, praise Guangxi and make a contribution to Guangxi's cultural construction. "
Gu Xiangling revealed that this year, 65438+ 10/9, Ganlong calligraphy was exhibited in Guangxi for the first time, and then he will travel all over Guangxi to spread the essence of "dragon culture".
Calligrapher Gu Xiangling recently created a new work "Flying Dragon and Phoenix" for China's space career. His previous two works of art, Dajilong and Longevity, once traveled in space with Shenzhou-9.
At first glance, this method of literature combination in creation looks like the word "dragon" and "phoenix", but on closer inspection, it contains many words. Mr. Wang explained that "Nine Dragonflies and Nine Days" symbolizes that our Shenzhou-9 can stay on the moon for nine days. If combined into "Flying Dragon and Phoenix", it is a praise for the proud achievements of the first batch of male and female astronauts in China. "Nine Phoenix Flying in Kowloon" depicts a prosperous and peaceful picture through the image beauty of words, so as to praise the prosperity of the motherland.
Mr. Gu Xiangling has been practicing calligraphy for more than 40 years, and his works have been selected for calligraphy exhibitions at home and abroad for many times. Many of his works have been collected by the National Museum, Tiananmen Management Committee and other units. Since 2005, he has been studying the method of document merging. In the past ten years' study, * * * has created more than ten works, such as Longevity, Thousand Buddhas, Hail, Food for Health, and Endurance, which have been patented by China National Intellectual Property Administration successively.
"He Wen" calligraphy is an artistic expression, which contains one or several different characters in a large-scale calligraphy work. It contains not only calligraphy skills, but also wonderful ideas. This writing method can be traced back to Oracle Bone Inscriptions in Shang and Zhou Dynasties. Calligraphers of all ages regarded "He Wen" as a kind of game and artistic accomplishment, for example, Lv Dongbin's "Nine-turn Dan" character in the Tang Dynasty and Harry's "Seventy Birth Mother" character in the Ming Dynasty.
