What is the power point of writing calligraphy?

The power point of calligraphy refers to the place where the strokes are heavier, mainly at some key nodes of the strokes. Like a pen or a turning point.

Take regular script as an example: the main points of force are starting, receiving, turning, checking and holding the pen. The force in these places tends to be heavier, accumulating potential energy for pen exchange.

In addition, in the main strokes and long strokes of each word, there are often multiple points of force, in order to enrich the lines and write more rhythmically.
