Zhou Guohua's Early Experience

Zhou Guohua, whose real name is Wu Chan, was one of the earliest members of China Calligraphy Association forty years ago. Graffiti in my spare time is mostly a hobby, which doesn't matter. After the exhibition of calligraphy and painting seal cutting was held in five universities in the city in the 1970s, he was transferred to the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles in 1982, focusing on art and art design. Because of his work, he will no longer participate in various book fairs and social activities in the country, but he has never forgotten to study books. He is self-motivated, studious and has a solid foundation, so his books are famous for their profound skills. At the end of 1970s, I gradually stepped onto the right path, and then came the inscriptions of Huashan, Jingjin and Ermartyr. Also involved in Cao Quan, Zhang Qian, Zhang Menglong, Xu Caoshu four sticks, Mi Fei, Wang Duo and other famous stickers. In the early 1980s, under the guidance of calligrapher Zhang Hai, he began to study Weibei and Erchuan steles. Since then, he has been guided and encouraged by calligraphers such as Fei Xinwo, Feng Zhifu, Liu Gengsan, Ling Shixin and Cheng Yutian.
