It is Lin Bu, a poet from the Song Dynasty.
Lin Bu (967-1028), courtesy name Junfu, Han nationality, was a native of Huangxian Village, Dali, Zhejiang Province (some say Qiantang, Hangzhou). When he was young, he studied hard and was proficient in hundreds of schools of classics and history. The book states that he is aloof and self-satisfied, likes to be indifferent, and does not seek glory or gain. When he grew up, he once roamed the Jianghuai River, and later lived in seclusion in West Lake, Hangzhou, and stayed in Lushan Mountain. He often traveled to various temples in the West Lake in a small boat and interacted with eminent monks and poets. Whenever guests arrived, he would ask the door boy to let the crane fly. When Lin Bu saw the crane, he would return in a boat.
Poetry is thrown away and never retained. He died in 1028 (the sixth year of Tiansheng's reign). His nephews Lin Zhang (Chaosan doctor) and Lin Bin (Yingzhou order) went to Hangzhou to attend the funeral. Song Renzong granted him the posthumous title "Mr. He Jing".
Because Lin Bu lived in seclusion on a lonely mountain in the West Lake and never married, he only liked to plant plums and raise cranes. He said that he "took plums as his wife and cranes as his sons", so he was known as "Plum Wife and Crane Son". .

Translation:
The verdant Wushan Mountain and Yueshan Mountain stand on the north and south banks of the Qiantang River, facing each other and echoing across the river. Who can understand the lover's parting sadness.
Your eyes are filled with tears, and mine are filled with tears. You and I love each other but cannot stay together. After the river tide has passed, the water surface has returned to calm, and the boat is setting sail for a long journey.
