Leng Xu's introduction

Leng Xu, currently vice president of Liaoning Painting Academy, is a national first-class artist (professor) and enjoys special government allowance from the State Council. He is a member of China Artists Association, a member of seal cutting Committee of China Calligraphers Association, the first batch of "four groups" literary and artistic talents in Liaoning Province's propaganda and cultural system, an assessor of Liaoning Province's fine arts senior titles, a director of Liaoning Artists Association, a director of Liaoning Calligraphy Association, a deputy director of seal cutting Committee, and the president of Sun Lithographic Printing Society.
