2. Create a new blank layer (1). The foreground color is black. Select the brush tool, set the brush to a thick-edged round pen, and draw shapes at will.
3. Double-click the layer 1 to open the layer style, select the gradient overlay parameter default, and then press OK.
4. Select two layers, press Ctrl+e to merge, and execute Filter-Brush Stroke-Splash. Parameter settings are shown in the following figure:
5. Execute the Filter-Stylization-Diffusion command again with the default parameters.
6. Execute the filter-distortion-polar coordinate command and set the angle to 560.
7. Execute the image-adjustment-color balance command, and the parameter settings are shown in the following figure:
8. Execute the image-adjustment-grayscale command, and press the shortcut key Ctrl+L to open the grayscale editing box. Parameter settings are shown in the following figure:
