How to inscribe calligraphy works

How to inscribe calligraphy works;

Inscription refers to the writing content other than the writing content in calligraphy works. The inscription of calligraphy works mainly includes five contents that need attention, such as inscription format, font requirements, inscription content, seal use and honorific title.

Signature format.

When designing the layout of calligraphy works, it is necessary to consider the position of inscriptions in advance. Signature has two writing formats: "double paragraph" and "single paragraph", each with different requirements.

1. Double paragraph refers to placing the book giving object and the author up and down respectively, with the former as the upper paragraph and the latter as the lower paragraph. In the preceding paragraph, the position should be relatively high to show respect, indicating the name and source of the content of the work, the name, address and courtesy of the donee; In the next paragraph, record the date and place of creation, the author's name and modest words.

The position of the upper segment and the lower segment always follows the principle that the upper segment comes first and the lower segment comes last to show politeness.

2. A single paragraph refers to a work with a long paragraph, a short paragraph, and a poor paragraph, except for the next paragraph without the previous paragraph. A single paragraph may or may not include the contents of the previous paragraph of two paragraphs.

A long article refers to writing the time, name and place at the source of the text, plus the author's creative feelings or reasons. The text should be meaningful and interesting. This can not only adjust the focus of the work, but also reflect the author's character cultivation.

Small paragraphs only refer to the source, time, name and place of the text.

Poor money only means the author's name.

3. Selection of signature format. Generally speaking, the signature should be determined according to the number of blanks in the work. If there are many blanks or because of the need of composition, you can make a long signature. If the content of the work occupies the whole picture, we need to consider whether it is appropriate, short or poor.
