Write 600 words in the calligraphy competition

One day last summer, the sun was shining brightly. I took part in a soft pen calligraphy competition.

How many children took part in the competition! I don't know whether it's hot or nervous. Many children are blushing. Although there is air conditioning, they still keep wiping their sweat, as if the sweat would never end. My mood was very calm. I stood at the table and took out the "four magic weapons" from the "treasure chest"-pen, ink, paper and inkstone. I took out the felt, spread out the paper, held out the inkstone, poured ink on it, and finally invited the protagonist-writing brush. I arranged them in an orderly way, and "Tang Qiang-"appeared. I also hummed a few songs gently.

The game has started. I picked up a brush to write big characters, dipped it in ink and pressed the paper, and prepared to sprinkle Mo Bao on white rice paper. But "something unexpected happens in the sky", a stroke of a pen. However, my obedient brush got angry. At an inappropriate time, I spilled a drop of "tears" on white rice paper, which ruined my good mood. That's terrible! I mumbled something in a low voice. It seems that today's game will be "cornered" by this drop of ink. Then I remembered a sentence, "You can't change the weather, but you can change your mood." How can this little drop of ink mess up my game? Can't!

I laid new rice paper. This time, I carefully dipped in ink, pressed the paper, wrote down several big characters on the running script one by one, and then put on a small brush to write down my signature and stamp. I take a step back and look at the overall effect. The handwriting is a bit old-fashioned, and I gave myself 85 points. There is still room for improvement. I analyzed the reasons. I was too careful to write it just now. At this time, several children handed in their works. I secretly took a deep breath and spit it out slowly to calm my mood. There is still time. Let's do it again. This time, my writing is much smoother. Covered with a red stamp, I feel like "another village with a bright future". Breathe freely, and my confidence is back.

Several children have finished their exams again. Seeing that there was still plenty of time, I simply wrote all the rice paper I brought. I am particularly satisfied with one of the works, and the effect is beyond my expectation. When I handed in that homework, the invigilator gave me a thumbs-up sign! I benefited a lot from this calligraphy competition.
